Mark Pannek Mark Pannek has worked as a management professional for various companies through the years. An MBA, he has more than 25 years of Banking and Senior Level Risk Management, Compliance and Audit experience. He completed his MBA in Strategic Leadership Cum Laude from Amberton University, Dallas, Texas. He also received his BA in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude from Amberton University, Dallas, Texas.
After finishing his education, Mark Pannek worked with various financial institutions in Dallas, Texas. He managed departments specializing in Banking Loan Operations & Systems, managed Mortgage and Consumer Loan Systems and Operations. He also handled Managed Consumer Fraud Departments and took care of IT Audit and Loan Controls.
Mark Pannek has also worked with JP Morgan Chase, Dallas, TX as Vice President, Risk Management. He handled the global responsibility for IT Control Governance program for Investor Services Division. He also managed risk associated with JP Morgan Chase Investor Services applications used in the daily settlement and clearance of $1 Billion in Securities. Mark Pannek was also responsible for IT & processing outsourcing proposals (RFP/RFI’s). He was tasked to liaison with Internal and External Auditors with full responsibility for all SAS70’s. He negotiated contracts and reviewed performance along with compliance monitoring.
A dedicated professional and responsible member of the society, Mark Pannek also coaches youngsters in sports like football and basketball. He has coached Boys Youth Football for 5 years and Boys Youth Basketball for 3 years and Girls Youth Basketball for 3 years.
