KINGSTON, Oklahoma (January 2, 2012) – After their (illegal) taking over of a recently foreclosed home in the local of Oakland, a dozen anti Wall Street protesters were immediately arrested and are facing trespassing charges, Oakland local police reports Thursday, Dec. 29.

The said Oakland house, which the protesters were heard to say that “they were using as housing for formerly homeless individuals and as a community meeting space, was taken over on December 6 during a national day of action they said aimed to support homeowners as they resisted evictions from foreclosed homes”.

Arguing the inequality of the US economic system, the Occupy movement began in the famous Wall Street in local New York sometime in early September and has now evolved into a state wide chain of protests with the same line of goals. Because of the role of the social media, the movement’s because inspired people across the globe, making them start their own Occupy movement in the country they live in.

OWS protesters are famous for their forced encampments on public places to gain attention, making them reach a total of 10 encampments in less than 4 moths. But many of the encampments have since been cleared by authorities, often on the basis that they had become unsanitary or had growing safety and crime problems.

Trespassing on such foreclosed properties is one of the worst things anyone can ever try. Since it has long been foreclosed, the houses can’t be considered s abandoned; people must think of it as being ‘privatized’ by a private firm after the original home owner failed to settle their debts and other legal matters.

Aside from trespassing issues, the US community has also been plagued with the delicate depuy recalls. Including both the ASR XL and ASR Hip Resurfacing System of DePuy Inc., the hip recall has been prompted by recent findings by concerned orthopedics showing that such hip implants were increasing their need for revision surgeries, or taking out the old implant and replacing them with a new one. Both devices are metal on metal models, causing a large amount of concern due to the Cobalt and Chromium being released into body.

According to the same orthopedics, undergoing the recall won’t be of much help to suffering patients as it will only provide a small amount of compensation that’s unworthy of the damage the hip implants has given them. To be able to fully get the appropriate compensations, every patient has long been advised to get their own depuy hip recall lawsuit filed in their local court.
