RICHMOND, Virginia (December 26, 2011) – After being convicted last 2007 of threatening a city of a killing spree written in a note, budding rapper OlutosinOduwole is sentenced to 5 years in prison as he failed to convince a judge that “the writing was innocent lyrics and other musings”. "That was never my intention. That is not my character," the barely inaudible rapper from Illinois defends. The note was found in his car on the grounds of Southern Illinois University, his former school. “Madison County Circuit Judge Richard Tognarelli said jurors were right when they convicted Oduwole in October of attempting to make a terrorist threat, a felony” a report by Yahoo! News states. "The jury found that this was not a song. They found it was a threat, and I do not disagree with them," Judge Tognarelli stated. “Tognarelli also sentenced Oduwole to 364 days and a $1,000 fine on a related conviction of illegally having or storing a loaded pistol in his on-campus apartment the day he was arrested in July 2007, just months after the Virginia Tech rampage that left 32 people dead along with the gunman”, another report adds. Whether or not Oduwole hired the right lawyer, the fact that he is to suffer 5 years in prison cannot e changed. Surely if he would have chosen a more stable stand and be accompanied with a much more experienced lawyer, he might have just been sentenced not guilty of such actions. Either way, any case that any person is to face would nonetheless require him/her to hire his personal lawyer. According to the law, they can either choose a private firm to defend them or ask for the government to provide them a state based lawyer. In any of these ways, them being able to get the best skilled lawyer would mean a case won for them. Just like in the case of the depuy hip recall lawsuit, suffering patients who have filed this will undoubtedly be in dire need of a hip lawyer and firm that’s best knowledgeable about the case. Since this has been an issue for quite a long time now, there are quite a handful of firms that’s focused on the depuy recalls. With a successful and expert law firm and lawyer assisting them, any patient who filed the lawsuit can already expect the case to be won as they are more than willing to lay out all of their cards to help their clients.
